About Us

55 Baker Street is a teeny tiny 100 square feet garage converted into state of the art micro bakery, tucked away in between sky-high buildings of Marine Dr, Mumbai. As of today the whole operations is handled by Shivani & Harsh Minawala.

We have built our brand on hard work and pure passion for the craft of baking. We are only made to order studio. Every week we bake different varieties of sourdough, whipped cream cheese and various sweet treats.
